As a boutique advisory firm, Vibranium is always looking for new hires to join our rapidly expanding team.

 

We provide team members with hands-on exposure throughout the transaction lifecycle, from identifying opportunities and developing transaction strategies to valuation, due diligence, negotiations and deal completion.

 

We are seeking motivated and commercially minded Analysts and Associates to join our Corporate Finance team.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior team members and clients on live M&A and capital-raising mandates. The role offers broad exposure to transaction origination and execution, direct interaction with founders and senior executives, and the opportunity to assume meaningful responsibility within a growing advisory firm.

An analyst/associate may be tasked to do the following: 

• Take ownership of defined workstreams across buy-side, sell-side and capital-raising transactions;

• Manage the preparation of financial models, valuation analyses, transaction materials and client deliverables;

• Develop transaction strategies, target or buyer-screening criteria and recommendations based on commercial and financial analysis;

• Coordinate due diligence processes and work closely with clients, counterparties and external legal, tax, accounting and commercial advisers;

• Review financial and operational information, identify key transaction issues and communicate findings clearly to senior team members and clients;

• Support the structuring and evaluation of transaction terms, including consideration structures, earn-outs and other commercial arrangements;
