As a boutique advisory firm, Vibranium is always looking out for our next batch of interns.

 

Interns are expected to support the full-timers in their day-to-day operations. Vibranium advises business owners, strategic buyers and investment funds on both buy & sell-side transactions. The firm has a sector specialisation in TMT but supports companies across manufacturing, semiconductors, logistics, and professional & consumer services.

Among such duties, an intern may be tasked to do the following: 

• Conduct industry and market research to identify trends and potential investment opportunities;

• Assisting with the creation of pitch decks and investment memorandums;

• Assist in building and updating financial models to support valuation, financial projections, and deal analysis;
